When the Past is Prolonged Part 1

"When the Past is Prolonged Part 1" is the research portion of a senior thesis focusing on the harmful effects of gentrification in Portland. Through the use of art and data visualization, the project aimed to identify the best type of building that could combat this issue, ultimately determining that a business incubator would be the most effective in fighting the displacement and loss of generational wealth caused by gentrification.
